Refund policy

Please review our policy below before placing your order.


1. Personalized & Embroidered Items

All customized and embroidered products are final sale.

Because each embroidered piece is made specifically for you (based on the font, color, and placement you select), we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review:

  • Spelling of names or initials

  • Font selection

  • Thread color

  • Placement option

before confirming the order.


2. Non-Personalized Items

Non-customized items may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • It is returned in its original condition and packaging

  • All tags are intact

To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp (+961 81 099 111) with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be from our side, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a refund/store credit (depending on the case)


Important

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, and only if production has not started.

Once customization or embroidery begins, the order cannot be canceled.
